The ice wine at the last restaurant was totally acceptable indulgence! The opportunity to meet the chef/owner/general manager at a number of the restaurants added tremendously to the experience. Both our guides had sincere service in their DNA. We admired their professionalism, and made note of their concerted efforts to sit beside each guest once during the evening.
